Our estate is located in France, close to Chateauneuf-sur-Sarthe
(see the map) in the Haut Anjou Segreen, between Saumur and
Le Lion D'Angers, highly renowned for rearing and equestrian
sports. Saumur is home to 'Le Cadre Noir' the famous academy
of equestrian sports, as well as the National School of Equitation.
The stud farm at Lion D'Angers is known worldwide and hosts,
each year, the 'Mondial du Lion', the international all-round
competition for the best young horses.
Also, this region benefits from the presence of the best
professionals and the highest concentration of race-courses
in France with top class racing and horse trials
The estate Bois du Lattais, situated next to a pedestrian
and equestrian bridleway running through Maine et Loire, is
equipped to provide for you, the very best in training facilities.
- 26 ha of farmland divided into meadow and fields
of different sizes and types, sheltered and renowned for
their tranquility and soil quality.
- 10 new stabling boxes functional and comfortable.

The team of the estate, managed by Myriam Duvochel, puts
her experience and facilities at your service to ensure the

AS A COMPLEMENT : BREEDING
AND SALE HORSES
We breed from the best German and Dutch stud-book stock and
raise our horses to become the best of tomorrows performers.
They can be bought at different stages (from weaning (6 months)
or after several years of training.)
